High pressure air is used to absorb down through the automatic weighing system, and to fill the panel with a preset weight of down. With dual or triple or fourth weighting system, the speed of down-filling machine is 2-4 times faster than that of manual method, down-filling is no longer needed skilled workers. Non-contact weighing method is used and the highest precision of single down filling can reach 0.01g even 0.001g; According to given target gram weight, the actual down gram weight will be automatically increased or reduced as necessary during filling. At same time ,the application of central dust-removal system greatly improves the overall working and production environment of the down-filling workshop, it can lower down loss as well as reduce the cost of down and reuse the down.
