The first domestic fully automatic fiber weighing and filling machine, suit for all kinds of fiber such as fake down padding, pearl fiber and polyester fiber. We R&D the Automatic Fiber Filling Machine which mix, weigh and fill automatically. Carried with weighing sensor which is measurement controllable, replace the original inefficient multi-handmade operating mode to make the working environment more clean. Applicable for single filling requirement above 5 grams. Higher efficiency, higher accuracy, sweeping breakthrough of the fiber filling technology. There are at least two filling ports, independently operated by two workers. Two scales support each filling port so you don`t need wait material out. It's so efficient and labor saving.

Now we update the Fiber Filling Machine that weighing unit is combined into storage unit which save the covering space. Machine is composed with feeding motor, storage unit and operation desk.
